DME's and IME’s

We understand the critical role that Defense Medical Exams (DME’s) and Independent Medical Exams (IME’s) play in evaluating an individuals’ medical conditions but only if the assessment is fair! Our DME / IME attendees are Registered Nurses who are also Legal Nurse Consultants. We attend, observe, and ensure fair assessments. Our team accompanies individuals to medical exams, following the attorney’s instructions carefully. We work under the Code of Civil Procedures Section 2032.210-2032.260. We call and prepare the client the day before their scheduled examination, so they know what to expect and feel comfortable going into the appointment. We audio tape the entire exam and promptly provide you with a copy. We are happy to call you or provide a written report if you wish. With our assistance, you can navigate the complexities of the legal process with confidence, backed by our expertise at the intersection of medicine and law.
